Women In Trucking Association announces Great Dane’s continued support as a Gold Level Partner

Plover, WI: Women In Trucking Association (WIT) is pleased to announce the continued collaboration of Great Dane trailers as a Gold Level Partner. This is the highest level of support for the association, and Great Dane has shown its commitment to the organization and its mission since 2012.

“For the fourth year in a row Great Dane has shown its dedication to our mission to increase the percentage of women employed in the trucking industry,” said Ellen Voie, WIT’s President and CEO. “As a trailer manufacturer and supplier, Great Dane has been a leader in helping create a more diverse environment for all women employed in the industry.”

“We at Great Dane are proud to support Women In Trucking as a Gold Level partner,” said Brandie Fuller, Great Dane’s VP of Marketing, and a WIT board member. “Great Dane encourages women to consider the many exciting careers available to women in the trucking industry, and we welcome the diverse perspectives women contribute to our industry. We thank Women In Trucking for empowering women and promoting their success stories.”

Women In Trucking has experienced considerable growth in its short existence. The mission of the nonprofit organization is to encourage women to consider careers in the trucking industry, address obstacles that might keep women from succeeding, and celebrate the success of its members.
