The Used Truck Association (UTA) and Daimler Trucks Marketing are presenting a free webinar on the Detroit DT12 Automated Manual transmission and ground-breaking Detroit Intelligent Powertrain Management (IPM) System. The webinar will be held Thursday, April 14, at 1:00 p.m. CST.

There is tremendous interest in the IPM. The groundbreaking technology behind it maximizes efficiency by pinpointing a truck’s location, and assessing the upcoming terrain for a mile ahead. The IPM then adjusts cruise control, pre-selects gears and eCoast, and brakes the engine as warranted.

This webinar will give used truck sales professionals the tools needed to confidently sell used trucks equipped with the Detroit DT12 Automated Manual transmission.

The hour-long webinar will cover:

• How to demonstrate used trucks with this transmission
• What a DT12 Automated Manual Transmission can do for your used truck customers
• How used truck salespeople can best sell the features and benefits of this transmission –to help them sell more used trucks with greater rewards for themselves, and their customers.
