Interested in mixing some fantastic golfing with a great training opportunity? We thought so! The Used Truck Association (UTA) is pleased to announce it is again offering its popular Managing for Success seminar, on June 22, 2016.

Managing for Success is tailored to dealer owners, general managers, and sales managers. Once again, it will coincide with the UTA’s annual Kansas City Golf Open, which supports the Jerome Nerman Family Foundation’s Scholarship Program.

The essential one-day seminar will cover all aspects of the hiring process, coaching techniques, time management, and the importance of incorporating a “selling process” into your organization. The day will be capped off by a discussion of “Today’s Used Truck Values” led by Chris Visser, Senior Analyst and Product Manager, Commercial Trucks, ATD/NADA.

The UTA first offered Managing for Success at last year’s Golf Outing, and it was a huge hit. The cost is only $250 per person.

George Papp Training and Consulting is presenting the seminar. George has over 30 years of successful selling and management experience within our industry, and has built his career around implementing effective sales strategies.
